After working for 12 years at top salons in Aoyama, Omotesando, and Ginza in Tokyo, I also built a career as a hair and makeup artist for magazines and television. I have had the privilege of working on the hairstyles of models, celebrities, and famous singers. In May 2014, I established a hair salon and wedding company in Hawaii, and in 2018, I opened the salon “Like iT” in Honolulu. Now, I have moved my base to Rotterdam, the Netherlands, and have launched the next chapter of “Like iT.” Drawing on my experiences in Tokyo and Hawaii, I value working together with each client to pursue their ideal look. The concept of “Like iT” comes from the idea of “I want to look like…” — and our mission is to help every client achieve their desired style, leaving the salon feeling, “I like it!” We believe that hairstyle is not just part of fashion, but something that should be just as free and expressive. Through Like iT, we hope to bring more joy and inspiration to each client’s daily life.
